How to use this tool
Enter your desk dimensions
Type the desk width and depth in inches or centimeters using the unit toggle. The visualizer uses these dimensions as the canvas for the top-down depth map so you can see exactly how much surface is left for keyboard, mouse, and accessories.
Add monitors to the layout
Choose the number of monitors (1, 2, or 3) and enter each screen's diagonal size and aspect ratio. The tool computes the physical width and height and places the monitors on the desk at the actual scale.
Angle side monitors inward
Drag the angle sliders to tilt side monitors toward you. The footprint shrinks because angling matches the cosine of the angle, and the front view shows exactly how the screens curve around your seating position.
Read remaining desk space
Switch to the top-down view to see how much depth remains for keyboard and mouse, and how much horizontal space is left on each side. Use the result before buying a new monitor or mounting arm to confirm it all fits.
About this tool
The Desk Setup Visualizer helps you plan the perfect multi-monitor layout before you buy. Instead of guessing if a 34-inch ultrawide and a vertical 27-inch monitor will fit on your desk, you can configure them exactly as you want to see their true physical scale.
Unlike basic overlapping calculators, this tool provides a split top-down and front view. You can angle side monitors inward to see how the apparent width changes, and instantly know how much desk depth you have left for your keyboard and mouse.
Front vs Top-Down View
The front view shows you exactly how the screens will look when you are sitting in your chair. The top-down depth map shows how the monitors curve or angle around you, and how much physical depth they consume on your desk surface.
Dual Units
Use the unit toggle at the top right to switch between inches/feet and centimeters/meters. All measurements will instantly update, making it easy to cross-reference dimensions whether you buy furniture from IKEA or a local hardware store.
